Ramblings and Pontifications...

A reply to a fan letter from me, by Jason Marsden. (clears throat) Italics are my letter, straight font are his.

Felicity,

The simplest way to begin would be to say that I, when a love-struck twelve-year-old girl, voluntarily nicknamed myself Dash. Now, you probably hear that all the time,

Amazingly...no. I wish more teenage girls would nickname themselves based on characters I've played!

but... it was the simplest way to begin. Anyway. I loved "Eerie Indiana" desperately, but hadn't seen it in years... and when trying to buy it on E-bay was always outbid. What is it about that show that drives people to buying five DVDs for more than two hundred bucks? Anyway, that's besides the point. I finally succeeded in wresting the DVD set from the adoring claws of your fans, waited with bated breath for it to show in the mail (passed out several times from holding my breath) and when it got here a few days ago promptly sat down and watched six, cout 'em, six episodes: the ones with Dash.

Ironically enough...I had to get my set from ebay as well. Seemed as though that particular person who was selling the DVDs put one up every week. They must have hundreds. At $200 a pop...I shoulda sold the eps a long time ago.

Sure, I'll get around to watching the rest. Some day.

Nah...all the best ones were with ME!!! ME ME!!

But the point is, that's what precipitated this long-overdue fan letter. I did, I'll admit, write you one when I was twelve, but it was overly mushy as I recall and you probably would have enjoyed it too much. So I got on the Net and found your website (quickly followed by an Oh-God-he's-MARRIED? moment. Um. Congratulations, by the way.)

Thank ya!

and your e-mail and decided my duty was upon me: I have to tell you thank you for cracking me up and giving me my first grown-up crush. Well. First teen-aged crush. Kind of. Yeah.

Twas my pleasure! (wink)

Thanks a million and I'll be a devoted fan forever.

Awww...thanks again! You're too awesome!

P.S. If you do do autographs, which I think you said you did, I'd accept one. Twist my arm. My address is: Felicity Danielle...

It's in the mail! Luv Jas

And indeed it was in the mail:
